Changelog
Real improvements we have shipped to ToolFlic - no fluff, dates you can verify.
23 OCTOBER 2026
Freshness signals & structured-data hardening
- Every tool page now shows a visible "Last reviewed" date and carries a matching
dateModifiedsignal in its structured data, so Google and AI engines can see the content is actively maintained. - Tool structured data (SoftwareApplication) enriched with a real author, publisher, preview image and a genuine feature list built from each tool's own description - nothing fabricated.
- Guide author schema corrected from an organization to a Person, accurately reflecting ToolFlic's solo author, Muhammad Waseem.
- The tool sitemap now emits an accurate per-tool
<lastmod>date instead of no date at all. - Added a "Browse by Category" navigation block in the footer so every category is one click from any page.
- Tightened FAQ answers so the first sentence is a short, direct answer before any explanation.
OCTOBER 2026
Honest SEO recovery & premium features
- Shipped a genuine, free "Premium Features" panel on all 102 tools - real extra controls derived from each tool, not locked behind a paywall.
- Removed fabricated review/rating markup entirely to comply with Google's structured-data spam policy and protect the site from a manual action.
- Updated robots.txt with a 2026 AI-crawler matrix so ToolFlic can be cited in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and more.
- Published machine-readable site maps for AI assistants in
llms.txtandai.txt. - Consolidated duplicate query-parameter URLs into clean canonical
/tool/slug/addresses with 301 redirects, reclaiming crawl budget.
This changelog records shipped changes only. We never list dates or results we have not actually delivered.
